The error doesn’t upset me. That crap happens. The striking out on fastballs down the middle is the worri part. I’m hoping it’s the surgery recover and not the I’m 30 and have not lost the bat speed thing.

We had four of those Ospreys fly in a group over my neighborhood last week. I pointed them out to my son and mentioned their awful history, so he already had the context when the fatal crash happened. Replacing them would take years, but there isn't even a candidate yet.

Nah Kenley was blowing a lot higher stakes games for the Dodgers. Kimbrel hasn't had that opportunity yet. We always point fingers at the pitchers but, much like the Kings, the problem seems to be with management afraid to rattle the cages of older established players in place of younger, hungrier options.

Didn't Vin do games for the Dodgers when they were in Brooklyn too? His stories about old time baseball were pretty great. Only Bob Miller left from that legendary trio now.

Vin, Chick, and Bob were LA sports. Sports broadcasting legends. A very sad day especially for all those who grew up listening to his voice and Vin was Dodger baseball to many of us. Rest in Peace up in blue heaven.
