The woman who essentially was the head cook just quit on the spot because of a spat with a co-worker. She'd been employed under my boss for 5 years. The co-worker she took issue with was probably our second-in-command in the kitchen and he just indicated to me tonight that he's taking off, too. Apparently the concept of 2-weeks notice is foreign to them. Friday/Saturday is approaching quickly.

I'm going to need to make some phone calls.

I probably won't be driving for awhile until we get this sorted out. It's going to be a nightmare around the kitchen. Makes for a lot of stress.
