Honestly, the fact that I'll be pouring chemicals in the lab in 8 hours should be enough incentive for me to sleep.

Every week I tell myself: "one day on the weekend, be it Friday or Saturday, I'll sleep like 12 hours"
I then proceed to sleep 5 hours

Only have two and a half hours of class tomorrow and I still am dreading it.

Win. But I think I'm going to start sleeping pills.

And I know how to make chloroform...

Don't take sleeping pills. I had a bout with drugs and lost  I'm serious in this post  At least for now. It's bad for your stomach, liver and overall health and balance. You are trading away the ability to be healthy for slightly easier time sleeping. Sleep with the peace of mind that you've had a fulfilling day and with the restfulness of looking forward to another good day.

Step one is to get the **** off the Internet. I'll do that now. Because of that, I can't tell you the next steps.

Sleeping pills are habit forming. I would really recommend against it. Best advice is to prepare yourself an hour or so beforehand. No screens or bright lights. No physical activity. Begin mentally shutting down, so when your head hits the pillow, your mind isn't running.

I don't follow this advice but I've never had any problems falling or staying asleep.

I believe that sleeping pills, while putting you to sleep, prevent you from reaching REM and you wake up feeling tired anyway.

But it's Sunday, my lazy day, and tomorrow is Monday, the worst day of the week

I never liked Sunday. Even though it is a lazy day, I always had school in the back of my mind.

Edit: For some reason, I'm about 572529 times more likely to suffer from an existential crisis on Sunday too.

While I still don't sleep enough, I've taken to spending the last 2 hours or so in bed, with just the ipad. Just relaxing in a bed does a lot

What is Bob? baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me nomore.

I love how no one is bothered by the fact I can make chloroform in large quantities if I was that messed up  and I need something to put me out. I hate being up till 3 and getting up at 6:30, having to leave for uni and be tere for 5 hours.

Ah yes, the Sunday Crisis. When I realize at 7pm that I didn't do any homework, and go on a tangent about how terrible everything ever is

I'll be taking a higher chem class next year. Nothing too outlandish about making chloroform

I mean, your average high school chem teacher can make meth :sarcasm:

Every time I try to go to sleep to get up early for school these lovely thoughts love to creep into my head:

-Why am I here?
-Who am I?
-One day I will die.

etc. Its great.

I'm willing to bet the vast, vast majority of people who can make chloroform never do so for malicious purposes.

And if you're in desperate need of sleep, I can assure you that staying on HF will not help.

Impossible. If I'm going to be up all night, I"m taking you all with me.

chloroform doesn't act as a knockout as it is believed to be. It's more of a ****-you-up until you're deprived of necessary conditions to survive/breathe so you faint. It takes a considerable amount of time and brain damage to accomplish.
