Terrible news, a solid homegrown talent, wonder what he died from? Bare feet on the Blacktop is an awesome song, and the video is just as good (if you like some crazy hot females).

Also, Susan Jacks also passed. "Whichh way you going, Billy", "That's where I went wrong", and of course, the great songs put out with her brother, Terry, like "I thought of you again", and Where evil grows." All of them part of soundtracks to a time in my life.

What a year it's been for people in my wheelhouse age bracket (and much younger) kicking the bucket.

You've heard of various ways people describe themselves and their sexual preferences and how they prefer to be identified as and categorized. Just when I thought I'd heard it all comes a new one who identifies as a "Fictosexual", or, a person who is attracted to fictional characters. Apparently he married a hologram back in 2018.

Apparently though, the marriage is on the rocks now, due to the usual - communication issues. The software developer, Gatebox doesn't have the tech anymore to keep his bride around.
I have no idea what my grandkids are going to see in this world 40 years down the line, but it's going to be a series of whoppers.
