Panama also concedes early and then like Canada takes the game to Mexico and unlike Canada, is given a penalty on a play that was far less than the "penalty" in the Canada game.
This ref is much less of a corrupt idiot. He didn't give panama any yellows and went to VAR to confirm the penalty.

Oh for sure, there's only so much a still very young coach could do with the roster they gave him to start the season, especially with a bunch of guys either injured or not ready to play yet.
