Jimenez has been the difference. Two goals. Clinical, engaged, diving and dirty.

Larin needs to be put out to pasture. Davies has been ineffective. David invisible. Cornelius and bombito warriors. Very disappointing but they’re not that far off. Canada carried large portions of game but the strikers have been garbage

Yeah Raul's strike was phenomenal. I wish we had someone like him on the team

We lacked a bit of finish out there.

The pace of the game was kinda crazy though

I turned off the game after Jimenez's screamer. Really bad night execution-wise for Canada, was not impressed by their performance.

Osorio, Kone, Eustaquio all pure garbage. Hell even Johnston (though less so) didn't have a great game. Larin and David don't work unless it's against weaker opponents, but it's also hard to criticize them when the midfielders were so poor. Davies was ok. Ahmed struggled at the beginning but got better as the game went on. Bombito/Cornelius were fine. St Clair was ok but letting in the 2nd goal I still feel he should have stopped it.

Biggest thing though was Marsch's tactics were pure garbage. He made them push the pace so much so that it caused them to play frantically and make stupid mistakes on what should have been easy plays and sometimes having those end up with good chances. Similarly, it also led to a lot of fouls and yellow cards.

I know people are talking about the Schaff and Buchanan not starting but Schaff got his first minutes last weekend coming off the bench and Buchanan got his first start with Villa and hasn't had much game time since breaking his leg. Only other option would have been Zorhan Bassong. Even putting Choiniere there, who has played that position a bit in the past may not have been the best decision as he's not in form either.

Just a whole lot of things went wrong from the start.
