I still can't believe that Adin f***ing Hill is going to be a Cup winning goalie.

Goes to show that you really can have a total JAG in net and still win as long as he can string a few decent weeks together, and more importantly, the team in front is solid.

***hiccup** Still can't count Florida out, even while trailing by 5 goals with a 3-1 series defecit. ***burp*** Book it!

I don't smell of liquor, what are you talking about?

I’m sure the AHL superstar will start the 3rd.

Wonder what team is dumb enough to sign the old rookie next year for one of their two goalie spots for their NHL team?

Wonder if Vegas thanks him for his service and sends him on his way and just goes back to a (presumably) healthy Logan Thompson next year, or if they retain him to keep the cup team together?

They can pull a Colorado and let him go like they did with Kuemper or pull a Dallas (who didn’t win) and sign him like they (foolishly) did with Khudobin, who was much older to be fair.

I know Kuemper wasn’t good last year in the playoffs, but I don’t think the plan was to ever keep him. He was a one year stop gap to go for the cup. They probably would have re-signed Grubauer the year before if they were gonna sign Kuemper long term, unless they had a hunch that showed his impending massive decline.

Five long years of suffering about to end for the Vegas fans. You can’t help but feel happy for them

The way I have been able to look at is all those players on Vegas worked their whole lives for this opportunity, same as players on any other franchise. Doesn't matter to them how many years the team has been in the league.

I’m surprised they haven’t taken Bob out yet.

By the way, too early to bump the “Is it time to admit you were wrong about the Paul Maurice hire?” Thread on the mainboard?
