A player delivers a check to the head of another player and gets fined 1800$. A coach calls out officiating and gets fined 25,000$.

It's very clear what the NHL thinks is more important.

Palmieri was never "cooked", he'd be the perfect forward next to Jack right now tbh. The issue is his streakiness but he's still a decent skater + defensively to where you can deal with it. Kinda wild the 3 best Devils in the dark days are exactly what's plaguing this current roster in Hall, Palmieri, Schneider.
