Panthers/Canes would be my East pick with a gun to my head right now, Boston isn't doing anything with Zacha and Coyle as their top centers

He’s been around for quite some time. There is an NHL linesman named Shandor? Is he on the same crew as Zuul?
Florida for me.
I think they’re the team to beat in the East.
I do think Carolina can possibly take them.
Tampa has looked better recently. They started out the season with some pretty poor underlying numbers, which have gotten better in the last month or a little more.

Looks like 10 years now. I thought it may have been 15 years.

Yeah, they're the scariest team to me. Carolina may be able to beat them. The Oilers may be able to beat them. I've never wavered on being high on the Oilers the last couple of years, despite their fanbase being very disillusioned with the state of them. Their turnaround after the horrid start is in no way surprising.Florida looks downright deadly. 6-1 with 18:23 left in the 2nd period against Tampa.
Ehhh, they've been hot lately and have really gotten it going, but they looked really miserable to start the year. How the mighty have fallen when watching this Tampa team.
I mean theyre not bad bad, but far from the days of them being a contender. Hedman has lost a step, Vasi looks like a human. Whats gonna happen with Stamkos, is he gonna walk? Now with Sergachev out their top-6 D looks horrible and it wasnt great before. The depth is pretty much gone, they only have 6 players with atleast 10 goals.Ehhh, they've been hot lately and have really gotten it going, but they looked really miserable to start the year.
Even when they were winning games, they were sometimes being outshot the way they outshot us in the most recent Tampa game before the break. Even with Johansson (who is not NHL caliber and has never shown to be) when Vasi was hurt, they won some games in spite of him and in spite of being cratered a bit.
The best hockey they've played has probably been post New Years/maybe post-Christmas.
I would consider it a massive disappointment and step back if Florida faced Tampa in the playoffs this year and lost.
If they don't keep Stamkos then they need to use his money to replace him.I mean theyre not bad bad, but far from the days of them being a contender. Hedman has lost a step, Vasi looks like a human. Kucherov is having one of the more underrated Hart trophy caliber seasons though. 37 points more than 2nd scorer Point. Crazy stuff.

They can't just let him walk and replace him with nothing.
They were right to let Palat and Killorn go, but I think Stamkos is a good you keep.
I think Stamkos definitely wants to stay, but they seem like they've been having to let guys go every year.Stamkos seems like a lifer even if it f***s you over in a few years, same with Hedman/Kuch

Again, they made the right call in letting Palat and Killorn go. Not sure if they would have even wanted to keep them if they could.
I think Ryan McDonagh ended up being a big hit to their top 4 depth.I think Stamkos definitely wants to stay, but they seem like they've been having to let guys go every year.
