The east is super weak and a dumpster fire

May as well just pencil Carolina and Florida into the ecf again
 
I really don't give a shit if the Rangers win the cup. I'm not gonna root for them, I'll be rooting against them the whole time. But I love the Devils more than I hate the Rangers.

I'm more concerned about what's going on with our team than what the Rangers are doing.

Btw, if scores hold and the Sens beat the Bruins then Florida win the Atlantic. It would be Cats/Bolts and Leafs/Bruins.
 
I didn't even know the Flyers weren't even eliminated yet.

If they pull the goalie to try and win in regulation then I'm pretty sure they're gonna lose the game and the Capitals will get in.
 
I'm trying really hard to watch this Philly/Washington game. This is the first Capitals game I've watched that wasn't against the Devils this year. I had one of their games against the Sharks on and I laid in bed and didn't really pay much attention to it. I do know the Sharks won that game.

I had the Detroit/Montreal game on which was a little more interesting, but this game will decide the playoffs.

The Flyers are gonna wind up pulling their goalie early to win in regulation and Washington is gonna wind up winning the game because of it and clinching. If they don't break the tie before that. They keep talking about it and building the hype up for the eventual Flyers goalie pull for a regulation win attempt.
 
The Flyers are gonna have to explode for a couple quick goals here or Washington is gonna get in, even if Detroit wins tonight.

The Capitals also lucked into a team that somehow wasn't yet eliminated in game 82 and had to pull their goalie to try and win in regulation to survive.

That's assuming the Capitals don't break the tie before that, but I'm thinking the GWG is gonna be an empty netter.
 
I'm even more flabbergasted that the Flyers have not been eliminated yet.

If feels like they've won 2 games in the last month. The Rangers game before us and their game against us after that.

You were eliminated anyway, they were eliminated a week ago as far as I'm concerned.

They were eliminated anyway and they gave Washington a free win and playoff clinch.

And they STILL have their net empty.
