I wish they'd not try to emulate the NFL. Keep it simple. The Cup doesn't need anything extra. It's the greatest trophy in all of sport.

because if a player just slowly glides, it should not be an icing. I don't like when they call icing on plays like that.

They're not supposed to. I think the linesman knew it and made up for it with the non-call a few moments later.
