I really wish the finals were on TNT

I have no issues with their actual game production, but their intermissions are boring. They don't have a post game show (even NBCSN would have the post game when the game was on the regular NBC channel) or a pre game show (I don't think they have a pregame, do they?). They had a few personalities like Torts and Subban was supposed to be working for ESPN for the playoffs, but neither were on game telecasts.

Yes, no stand alone pre-game or postgame. Just Sportscenter (unless espn has a live event). It’s bad.

McDonough and Ferraro is fine (Ray is actually good). But only having a 2 man booth makes the event seems small (especially combined with no pre/post game). Granted 3 man booths can be crowded, but we’ve had one for the final going 20+ year. Even ABC would bring in JD for the final back when Disney had the rights pre-NBC.

Fortunately TNT has the Final next year when the NJ Devils return to prominence.

I don’t know how I am here but I’m full on Tampa. Them beating the Rangers really endeared them to me.

It’s kinda nice to see them so challenged though with this Avs team. It’s weird but you could kinda tell this game was gonna be closer than games 2 and 3.

Tampa losing two really important players. It feels like it would be a miracle for them to win this series. Even this game feels like Colorado is in control, and I thought they were they better team last game too. Though this is the best game Tampa has played this series.

it's rare to win in the playoffs without a penalty kill. They've sucked killing penalties last series and this one too.

And now they are running out of healthy bodies.
