Clown show organization.

DL built everything up, wonder what kind of disrepair/neglect all the facilities and equipment will be in by the time they're gone.

Yes I know shit happens but shit sure happens a lot more often in this big top.

I'd like to pile on but I don't think AEG or the Kings own the arena do they?
And I would guess the maintenance is done by the arena staff.

EDIT: owned by the city and operated by SMG

Fair, but it's still 'within the organization,' I mean I have a hard time believing they have zero control over a facility they play in. That might actually be worse.

Regardless it sucks because I had a free weekend and tickets. This team just can't stop f***ing me at every turn.

Same for me and my family. Drove out there last night and everything is dark. What the heck? Check their site and sure enough. Unbelievable.

Welp, ONT games have been cancelled this weekend due to a malfunction of the ice making equipment at Toyota Arena...

Unfortunate. Speculation on my part, this was most likely caused by the multiple power outages in the Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario area on Wednesday night and Thursday. Winds were blowing up to 70 MPH all night Wednesday and into the holiday. Would have to surmise the building was empty during that time when the problem was discovered early on Friday morning. Obviously the back up power did not kick in or failed at some point or the machine failed to re-engage. My son lives a half mile from the arena and said they were out for a while. SCE also turned off the power close to me for many hours (luckily the boarder for the shut off runs literally right thru my house on the map when you zoom in, I did not have it shut off). We may never know what happened, but this is not the fault of the Kings for the Reign.

They better reschedule these games for the weekend or I’m going to have a big beef with these guys.

No backup generators??? For a sports complex in SoCal???
My first thought was, "What about that company that is always advertising on Sirius NHL radio?? The one that does this kind of ice facility stuff??"

Abbotsford game is pretty boring through 2 periods.

Bad news is the team is losing and almost everyone looks flat.

Good news is that Turcotte isn't one of them. He looks pretty good, getting in a few scrums and creating several good chances including a no-look backhand pass to Vilardi who missed a wide open net.

Shoot I thought their game was tomorrow. Teams been off for almost week and a half maybe rust.

Turcotte just got a garbage goal but he deserves it. Shortly after he crashed into the Abb goalie driving the net. Really has been ONT's best player.

Phillips and Strand were individually abused in the two goals Abbotsford scored in the first. I don't blame Sparks at all.
