Spare me with this crap - he had a great camp and if they wanted to set up a meritocracy he had to stay.

Doesn't mean he's good enough in November, far from it. It's the right decision NOW.

He wasn't ready for full time NHL, but going back to Fin isn't ideal. I would have kept him for the 60 days so we could send him to Laval.

I suspect that Condotta is a temporary solution. Either a decoy so we can claim Jones or RHP is gona be ready soon.
