We tie the game halfway thru the 3rd then with 24 seconds left Ekholms stick breaks after a plastic rat thrown by a fan hits it. Bouchard then trips on Tkachuks mouth guard which creates a 2-0. Pickard gets set to make the save but a piece of the jumbo trim breaks off and the light temporarily blinds him while the winning goal goes in.

I think the conclusion I'm arriving at is that the D corps is not smart enough to play a Box+1. It's the only way I can explain why they're so confused while defending.
