For your budget if you want an actual luxury watch you'll probably have to buy used. Tag Heuer makes watches that are slightly over 3 k new. Yes but he's also been forced to play Campbell the last few because Skinner is unavailable. It'll be big though if Campbell can rediscover his confidence.
