Islands in the stream.
As long as those jumps are smart. And it seems that Knoffey had made that a prime focus and priority.
Greenlighting Jump D has the added bonus that forwards get more used to recognizing, being aware, and covering back. This activates teams more in 5 man units and creates more open ice and utilizes players more effectively and pushes the cycle. Its uncanny how little of this was being utilized before.

shoutout to Nurse saving an empty-netter that would've sealed the game...he's been a beast lately

Oilers may have "Stole" that one but who cares...for once they didn't get "goalied"
I think we deserve one like this

SJ game was tragic

Got goalied game two

Got goalied against Dallas

Even Wpg goalied us

It's too bad we don't have another two wins right now

I noticed Stu handling the puck a ton tonight. Seemed to be helping most of the time. Looks more confident doing it

Go islanders. Up 3-2 heading to the third

Seattle: You may not gain any points in this game.
Oilers: Tie it
Seattle: Okay fine, you get one point and thats it!

Now that is a breath of fresh air. To a man, Knob already better at pressers
Agreed but let's see how the road trip turns out.

The 2 recent victories over Seattle have certainly been welcome but to my eyes the Kraken look weaker than they were last season.

Good game from Stu but that rebound control is still an issue.
