Idk. DeKeyser is looking like a longer and longer shot by the minute. But I don't think anything happens until after he signs.
Lounge will be too expensive pretty much forever.

You know what pisses me off,and I'm sorry if no one feels this way,but AP...ugh for all the great plays I see him make,he makes an equally frustrating one. It's the whole D though. Get back,take the body,bury someone. I'm sick of watching our D look disinterested. Sure,gave up only 19 shots,but quality this year...just sickening.

Halak would do really well playing against the Blues, he'd get to see a lot of rubber (which many have claimed is when he plays his best) but never really be challenged. Anything not shot as his chest would be within reach for his glove without even moving his body or the puck would go wide by a couple of feet. He's also really good when the puck is shot straight into his chest. He could easily "dominate" this team night in and night out.
It's not luck, it's not the other goalie standing on his head, it's horrendous offensive effort from this team late in a short season.

When only 2-4 of them are good (not even great) shots and the rest are soft, easy shots you can't expect much.

Neither Pietrangelo and Shattenkirk have earned the contract they're liable to get coming up. If they're this disinterested in playing defense then throw them on the wing.
(and yes, that's a bit of frustration immediately following this nasty loss, but it's also something I've been thinking for a while now...obviously not going to throw them on the wing but the point still stands)

What an unfortunate set of events. Completely dominate the Flames and Oilers, two awful teams, but get shut down by Kiprusoff and Khabibulin. ******.

So I went back and watched the replay of the first goal......Perron actually gets poke-checked. Dunno if that changes anyone's mind about anything, but it's something to note.
This lack of offense is now a pattern. What ever happened to the pass-off-pad we used to preach? I feel like everyone is trying to snipe, which is leading to zero second chances. Another thing we seem to do a lot is bunch up in the neutral zone. I'm not sure if that's by design, but I've always felt that getting a goalie to move laterally was the best situation to score a goal (outside of popping in a rebound) when all three of our guys are crossing the blue-line within 5 feet of each other, it's not going to lead to much later movement.
Simply frustrating.

If he did who would people who have a tenuous grasp on hockey knowledge scapegoat for the Blues struggles especially in the Asylum?
