I think the Rangers probably knew what they were getting in Pyatt: a player who will average a goal every 8-10 games, but will look like quite oafish for long stretches in between.

Good. As for Torres, he would be a great 4th liner. On a team that has been lacking grit and toughness the entire season, along with a bottom 6 that can actually play, he and Clowe would completely change that

Agree. Understand not wanting to move, I think it's more family based than loyalty to Flames. He had a few good years but is generally overrated. Return wouldn't be significant enough for Flames fans to be upset he isn't getting dealt.

Don't want to move? Do not become a Pro Hockey player or negotiate a NTC in your deal.

I hate guys like this that use their families as an excuse not to go somewhere.

Yep! I'm not happy about Boyle being our 3C going into the playoffs. I wouldn't have been too happy with it being Miller either though.
