I think Slats and Torts will love the guy, and he will be re-signed.

We need a guy like Clowe, period. The fact that we traded some picks for him all but means he'll be re-signed, IMO.

this move seems to be something of a head scratcher. a 2nd a 3rd and a conditional 2nd seems like alot to me for a guy like this. sure hes a better brandon dubinski but then again, i wasnt a fan of dubi to start with.

and as for the picks, theres certainly value, or more than value, to be had with 2nd rounders and even a 3rd. if you know how to draft that is....

Oh please. We haven't put together 3 consistently good games this entire year.

If we resign clowe I will like this deal. He's a good player. But a guy with 0 goals as a rental does not take us from astonishing mediocrity to a contender.
