Don't believe so. To me, that'd be more sickening that Edmonton winning. They'd have Matthews and Chychrun, absolute home run, they'd be set for the next 10 years by getting a franchise #1 C and #1 D.

Is kind of fun to run through the simulator a few times.

Though the last one I did nothing big happened. Colorado moved up a few spots to third and Anaheim/Columbus switched spots.

What order are the draft positions drawn for and announced? 1-2-3 or 3-2-1?

And how do the odds change once one team is picked? Is their probability split evenly or proportionally between the other teams?

in terms of announcing them I would expect them to reveal the positions 14 down to 4 which will show which 3 teams won one of the lotteries, they will then reveal the third overall pick and then the 1st overall pick,
