Say what you want about Tanguay and Minihane, but they did a great job bringing some facts to the table and exposing all of the Green Teamers that called in this morning.
I enjoy CKGM (TSN 690) - The station has a powerful signal but being on AM it is ignored as it only averages 2,000 listeners per minute and 0 in French.

I get taking a flier on a guy, but usually it's a guy with high upside and something like character issues or a specific hole in his game. You don't make a reach for a guy that in all best case scenarios tops out as a bottom 6 grinder/PK specialist. You sign those stiffs as free agents for short dough because the league is littered with them.

I don't listen to adam jones because i think he sucks but felger played a clip of jones getting on bogaerts for needing a day off. Are you kidding me? The guy plays every freakin day and plays hard...and you go after him for needing a day?

Jones said it was a red flag for Bogaerts to ask for a day off..he also said he was off a few weeks ago...I heard on the broadcast tonight he'd played in 58 straight..Jones is terrible, as is J-Stew whos quickly making that show unlistenable at times with his agendas and being more of a voice then Murray half the time

I think you misunderstood my post. I was shocked that he actually gave an opinion. I'll admit that I don't really listen to him anymore, but when I did, all he would do is just repeat questions and give 2 possible outcomes whenever he was asked to give his take on a sports issue.

Tanguay walked out of the studio on D&C today when he found out that he was working the full week next week. It's been a while since they've had someone walk out, although I think this time it might have been real as opposed to being staged.
