What has any place in this discussion? I was saying that no one has supported any kind of leniency or tolerance towards this person. It's safe to say that we are basically 100% anti this person, praising of the police response to reduce further tragedy and hopeful for the speedy recover of all victims. When I speak of using positive emotions to combat this evil, I speak of forming even stronger bonds with all of the ethnicities and religions that find these actions deplorable. Muslims have marched in greater protest against ISIS than North Americans ever have and it's found little traction in most media. These attacks are meant to divide our nations into greater turmoil and we defeat that by finding greater unity.
Sorry, I misread the meaning of your post. I thought you referring to the suspect, not a large group of people that have a similar faith. Ethnicity and Religion bare no consequence or association to this for me. You're talking about the "different situation" that I implied there with this stuff....which I added to try to avoid confusion.
