This won't be anything like the COVID market reversal. The only reason the economy and the market reversed in 2020 and 2021 was because of the massive stimulus that was pumped into the market (and, yes, I very much appreciate that created some of the issues we are seeing today). There will be no stimulus now. Instead, what will happen is that the wealth gap will grow exponentially larger.

In Canada, mortgage rates briefly got close to the 20% range in 1982 but that never, NEVER, happened in the 1990’s as some people tried to falsely proclaim.

I have records of the five year rates for every year back to 1954. I'm showing the 90's highest rate was 10.25% in 1994.

Thought Sportsnet did a great job last night before and during the broadcast of honoring Greg Millen - was literally listening to him call Flames games the week before, and praising the hell out of Kadri. Reminded me that he was commenting on Leafs games while Kadri was here too.

There are so, so many things we can do to reduce our environmental impact and these freaking taints are going after the PET impacts?

If you're not talking about the very real and negative effect feral cats have on an ecosystem then f*** off and leave the pets alone because there's way bigger problems. Jesus Christ.

TBH I don't have a lot of experience with high end guitars but my impression is that the bang for the buck is incredible. This guy apparently has a day job so it's something of a hobby for him I guess, seems like he's built less than 100 guitars in the 10 years or so he's been doing this. He sure as shit knows what he's doing though, amazing piece of work and I'm thrilled to get such a quality instrument at such a bargain price from a Canadian. Guy lives in Nova Scotia, also the pickups are Vineham pickups which I chose because they're also Canadian made by a guy in Newfoundland.

If interested in ordering a custom guitar, I can't recommend this guy highly enough. Very communicative throughout, and his website has pics/specs for maybe even all the guitars he's built over the years, they are just beautiful!
