Please keep in mind "Wall Street" includes millions of middle income individuals and families with 401 K's who have worked for decades, investing a bit of their hard earned wages instead of spending it on current desires with a hope of providing for a better retirement.
It will stay that way until people stop moving here. Mostly what we are seeing is stagnation because it's mostly pulling people out of the market who might have moved up but because of interest rates are choosing to stay put.
Espn+ and a VPN works in the regular season. Problem comes when the games are on TNT or the regular ESPN channel. Sucked during the playoffs.
I use XFinity but I pay for their internet service only. I switched from AT&T because they forced me to use their modem and router. XFinity allows me to use my own modem and router so they’re who I chose. Along with the XFinity internet package, I pay $20 a month for the minimum (basic) XFinity streaming app. It has Bally and all the channels my wife wants.
I just get whatever illegal stream my son finds for me. There was a really good one that worked nicely for a couple years but it went away last year and we scrambled around a bit last season and missed a few games here or there when we couldn't find one in time.
I guess if you are LTIRetired you can go and live wherever you want. Once he signed the 8-year extension, he probably thought he'd live forever in the Nashville area. Man, I didn't like him all that much as a player (in the final years anyway), but he still seemed like a cool guy, and even while you know these guys aren't hurting for $$$, it still has to suck a lot to have your career ended earlier than expected, so I still feel sad for him on that front.
What's crazy is the injury that got him. If you told me his knees just fell apart I'd be like, " yep knew that was coming ", but this core problem wasn't something he had dealt with his entire time here we know of. I bought a sheet of 20 Endangered Species stamps. In the bottom left hand corner is the Nashville crayfish. I never heard of it before, but Biology is not my strong suit in science.
Does anybody know any info on the Nashville crayfish?

I actually just read about them recently at the Nashville Zoo. Apparently they are only in Mill Creek, which if you are familiar with, is basically the dumping ground for much of South Nashville. I grew up fishing this creek and it's really a shame what the population boom has done to it. Anyways, the Zoo is heading up a project to try and improve their habitat and consequent native numbers. I am too old to read into mass reviews like I use to. I pretty much watch a movie and if at the end I was entertained then I am happy with it.
