OT: Off-Topic, again.

$4.11 to $4.19 in Hendersonville, then saw for about the same in Madison. In Hermitage it was $4.21 last time I gassed up (this was a few days ago) but was still $4.46 in Donelson, same day same chain. It makes no sense but I'll take the lower price! Fortunately I drive so little that I can kind of wait out the little mini surges but if I'd known I'd be heading to Hendersonville I'd have saved that $1.40 by filling up there, ha!

I saw $3.99 in Milwaukee today!

Too bad that I am not a member that that place. Sam's Club was $4.20. Next week it will be $3.99.

It was 3.96 in Hermitage this afternoon, still $4.25 in Donelson, same brand. I filled up. If it goes down to $3.75 tomorrow I won't even be mad, though.

I filled up for $3.99 yesterday in the City of Milwaukee.

The local newspaper ran a story yesterday saying that there are gas stations with that price. They are only a week behind this ace reporter. (I am waiting for a story about General Custer to appear soon.)

Saw it for 3.63 in Eagleville.
$3.64 in Hermitage. And yet still $4.13 5 miles away in Donelson -- same brand, 49 cents difference. I know that certain stations buy small amounts so their prices fluctuate pretty much with the oil market rate but that's a pretty big disparity between two nearby suburbs.

It sort of pains me to drive by knowing the price is relatively low and it's just too soon to tank up -- I haven't even used an eighth of a tank yet from my fill up a week ago. I just don't drive that much since it's not hockey season and I mostly work from home. Still, here's hoping it stays steady or falls more for those of you who do.

I gotta admit as much as I like food, that is one thing I don't know much about. Never been a fan of hot chicken. That said my father worked for Tyson foods for 42 years, I feel like sometimes my life was Bubba but chicken instead of shrimp. Probably the main reason you will almost never see me order chicken anywhere.
