Which of the big fish is Boras representing if any this off season? Since hes working well now with the Blue Jays as his latest comments suggest along with the Ryu signing last off season. Maybe we concentrate on his clients first. Seems to me this guy likes the Jays right now.

He likes anyone who pays his clients. I believe he and Shapiro have had a good relationship back from his Cleveland days too.

Jbj and Paxton.

The thing about JBJ is that we could sign him and still pursue Springer

If we fail to sign Springer JBJ would be a fine get. As for Paxton, I can see a deal possibly getting completed in the later stages of FA prior to season starting.

But I agree both of his clients would definitely be of interest for the Jays with Paxton most likely being a Jay by the end of it all. With him being Canadian and all.
 
If Gurriel gets you Lindor and we got JBJ, Springer and Paxton, that would be a pretty good summer.

I dont like trading Lourdes, but if we had these two, I could stomach it.

I'd even say that adding Lindor, JBJ, Springer, and Paxton in one offseason would be a GREAT offseason

He looks like the real deal. Would hate for him to be included in a deal for Lindor though. A rotation featuring Pearson, SWR and himself would be outstanding in the future. Im still holding out hope that Merryweather will turn into something as well.

The future looks bright.

Rocker is of course number 1.
Leiter has fallen from the projected #2 pick to 6th.

Jays pick 19th. Some top guys from early lists that have fallen into the Jays range are; OF Ethan Wilson, OF Sal Frelick, and RHP Gunnar Hoglund.

Tommy Mace has fallen according to this list. Leto isn’t in the top 100.

Izaac Pacheco, Benny Montgomery and Chaee Petty are intriguing too.

At our pick I'm hoping Painter falls. High school righties tend to fall on draft day and he's my top guy right now, even though I'm usually hesitant with high school pitchers.

Other guys I'd love at our pick:

Madden, RHP
Woods, CF
Montgomery, CF
Bachman, RHP
Baez, RF
 
Would Springer be our lead off hitter like he was in Houston? Or would we push him down the order abit, maybe 3rd or 4th?
