Not every contract is insured and I don’t imagine the insurance would cover them playing outside of the mlbI disagree. Representing your country is huge for lots of these guys and with no MLB players allowed in the Olympics, this is there only chance. There is always a risk of injury but that's what contract insurance is for.

I really like Casas at 10-1 odds when he's pretty much guaranteed the starting 1B job, is in the LHH promise land known as the AL East, and has already shown MLB competency with a .766 OPS in his 27 game stint. Was looking at the Bet365 AL Rookie of the year odds and was very suprised to see they have Barger listed and with the 18th best odds (the other sites I looked at didnt even have him as an option).
Seems like some insiders really think this kid is pretty good. Makes you wonder if we still have another trade to make at some point where we deal some of our IF depth.

These were bad but I’d take them over the powder blues.
Lol you really hate the powder blues eh
Yeah. Not a big fan of the colour. Didn’t like the ones they used in the Riccardi era either.
It goes to the next level for me because it gets used so much. If they used it sparingly like the red jerseys, I wouldn’t have a problem. But it’s practically a primary jersey when the other 3 jerseys are so much better.
I think Chicago as well. I am pretty sure they had lots of injuries last year.So who are the playoff teams in the AL? Obviously, Toronto should be there but who else? Is Baltimore good enough to make it? Is Tampa falling out? Honestly, don’t know who to go with from the Central but I think Chicago is bouncing back to take that division.
Toronto, NYY, Seattle, Baltimore, Chicago, Houston. Is that how it’s looking right now?
