This gets lost in the fold too often. Avery never got suspended for anything on-ice. He was the ultimate troll, so I understand the hate. But people try and put him on the same level as rat ****s like Cooke and Marchand who go out there and hurt people. Avery never did any of that. Shoves, face-washes, a slash here and there? Sure, but nothing that ever came close to injuring anyone.
