Over Covid we had free lunch at the office so we didn’t have to face the deadly crowds at local restaurants. I was into it for a bit but by the end I just had to spend the ten bucks for my sanity and taste.

Like I said, I'm not even a huge wing lover but this place is ridiculously good. They sell some of their sauces, so I brought some home to marinate chicken breasts in for grilling.

Cool atmosphere too...the building has been a restaurant since the late 1700s.

Breading or no breading? Garlic parmesan is an underrated flavor too.

I suppose I would consider breaded chicken to be something more in the chicken fingers range than capital-W-wings. But it I were offered free breaded wings, as long as they're not store-bought, I'd enjoy them too. That said, the caveat is that this takes place at a social event with drinks.

Welp, my wife threw me a curve, by declaring a vacation. She got hired for a new job and wants a vacation before starting. So, instead of staying in NYC after Thanksgiving with the family, we will be flying out of the country, and I will miss this unfortunately. Flying back in to DC on 12/4.

I swear, she does this every year around Thanksgiving time. Three years ago, we were in Prague with a mission to look for Rangers nesting dolls for AmazingKreiderman. But, this is the first post-pandemic trip for us.

Iceland has been on my list for years. Been to Brussels...very small compared to most European capitals, but the food is excellent. Stick to the Red wine, Belgian beer is so overrated. You'll have a great time.
