speaking of pizza there is this place in queens called krave it which has some crazy pizza (cheeseburger pizza, birria pizza) but also makes a great square pepperoni slice

I'm always skeptical of pizza places that do shit like that. I'm very judgmental when it comes to pizza. If a place serves buffalo chicken ranch pizza, I probably won't eat there. Or if they serve french fries with their Chicken Parm, I probably wouldn't eat there. Very set in my ways...usually my instincts are right, but I'm sure there's a few places I've missed out on for being so rigid.

I'm with you usually. I knew about this place for years and never bothered to try it because of it. But I saw a picture of their regular slices and they looked amazing. they tasted like they looked.

Looks very decent, although I'm not a pepperoni guy.

I just googled it & there's a location in Bayside. I still have friends & family who live very close by, so maybe I'll give them a shot. For $6.50 a slice, it better be f***ing good...but looking at the yelp photos, my expectations aren't super high, so maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised. If it disappoints, I'll walk right down Bell Blvd to V.I. Pizza which is still very solid.

I think we parked on like 36th between 9th and 10th last time we drove in for a game and got out of the city pretty quick

45-65 depends where you park of course. That garage which is an Icon lot is 59 for Sat. I might take the train, leave my car in Tarrytown, 12 dollars to park and 20 dollars for a metro-north round trip.

Yeah I was thinking the same thing. I might park in my old neighborhood in Bayside & jump on the LIRR.

Yeah, which is exactly why I had reservations about driving in. I assume getting a spot on the street is not even a consideration these days? I haven't driven a car into Manhattan in about 15 years. LOL.

It's possible, unlikely but people do it every day. Around the garden is an absolute mess though so I'd expect to have to walk a bit.
