Isn’t half of this list Drury acquisitions in the first place??? Cleaning his own toilet lol.
He’s Kakko but plays center.
Wow that’s a nice horse
There were indications that this was going to happen. Folks just chose not to believe them. Some faith renewed in Drury here. "Sold" in the right situation and got rid of a bad player for a decently high pick.
That's fair, but also I understand why trust is shaky. There were indications that this was going to happen. Folks just chose not to believe them.
Please let this be a ‘prelude to a haul for bread and Kreids’ trade
Maybe....will be an interesting battle in the West . I suspect Jets and Oil will make moves as well . I wonder what we could get for Quick if he was willing or wanting to play games that were meaningful again ....
Slightly off topic, but notice that DaBoll hasn’t been to a Ranger game in a very long time ???Would you rather Drury operate like the Giants where they never admit their own mistakes?

I'd rather move Igor, if possible. I think he currently only has a limited NTC with a 10-team no trade list.
Earlier this season, Parsinnen returned a 3rd rounder from the Avs. He’s a big body young center who has shown the ability to both play a decently heavy game but also score when given the chance. I like him as a buy-low RFA
He's not a great skater, but can keep up. More skilled than Chytil was. Pass first guy. Decent defensively.Obviously, Parssinen doesn't come in with much value. Anyone watch him much? Does he have any upside? What are his strengths / weaknesses? He looks to have good size. If he can PK and be decent on the draw, then maybe he can stick around.
Kakko is obviously more skilled. But Pärssinen is a better skater, and plays center.Someone compared him to Kakko, similar or is that too high of a praise?
As was the case with Trouba and Lindgren before him, Kreider's reputation would make him attractive to plenty of GMs. Unless he's literally incapable of passing a physical with another team, I'm sure Drury would have no problem finding a partner that would take Kreider. NHL GMs seem to often be two or three years behind with the veteran players on the market.Kreider can barely skate right now, stuck with him
This would be the biggest big dick move that Drury can make because he clearly wants to be seen as a guy that makes big dick moves. It would save the franchise from itself and would demonstrate that we don't tolerate mediocrity and underperformance.

I think that’s possible but it’s likely a bit high.
I still think Kakko can be a first line player in this league, 2nd line at least. Pärssinen tops as a #2C on a medium team.Someone compared him to Kakko, similar or is that too high of a praise?

For us, Pärssinen can be a #3C, while Kakko was only going to be a 3rd line winger. In that sense, Pärssinen is probably a better fit and has higher upside with us.
MikaAlright, now that Lindgren is gone, who's the next Ranger to get consistently crapped on by the fanbase?
I don't think they (probably includes me as I was an Avs fan first, still amI have no problem with him being a good 3C for us.
BTW, Avs fans acting like the Rangers are the San Jose Sharks. No we're not good, below average is fair. You get this posts of "the Rangers are a horrible team" like we're the Sharks. And what was Lindgren's excuse last year when we had more points and went further than them?
