Nash and Bouwmeester made the 04 World Cup team as 20 year olds. Eric Staal technically made or almost made the 2006 Olympic team as a 21 year old. It's not completely out of the question.

Nash didn't actually make the team, but Gretz did say he was next in line in case of injury.
