Special teams prove costly as the packers had a PAT blocked and they lose by 4 when they had two drives in the final 6 minutes go deep into Pittsburgh territory.

Jordan Love was outstanding today. Threw for nearly 300 yards. Had two picks that weren't really his fault; one off of Watson's hands right into the DBs hands and the other was a throw to the end zone at the end of the game.

Next three are rough for Green Bay: Chargers, Lions, and Chiefs. Let's get Marvin Harrison Jr!
No chance. They have the Giants, Panthers and the Bears and all of those teams look bad. I see Green Bay getting a top 10 pick but not a top 3

KOC continues to not know what plays to call. How you lose to a team that is actively trying to not score touchdowns is appalling.

KOC's seat should be getting warm.
He's having to explain to his QB what the play is as he is walking up to the line of scrimmage to run the play. It's actually kind of nuts that Minnesota has found as much success as they have the last few weeks.

This is a joke right? Im not following the Vikings this year at all because i already know how the season is going to end, we will just barely miss the playoffs or sneak in and get housed in the wild card round.

His playcalling is the weakest part of his game forsure and is to be expected because hes only been doing it for a year and a half hopefully he can continue to develop that part of his game but he is so far from being on the hot seat and as previously stated hes in contention for COTY.

He gets too cute sometimes, too conservative at others... but mostly he's a good play caller. He just needs to stay aggressive and save the cute plays for desperate times.

Yeah thats definitely something i remember him doing last year and even the earlier parts of the year. This isnt suppose to be a shot at him but sometimes i feel like he thinks hes the smartest person on the field when calling plays like when it was 3rd and 3 and takes a deep shot. Something like that could work when its random but doing it every single game it isnt really going to surprise some DCs. Or constantly calling screens when it hasnt worked at all. (dunno if the screen game has improved though)

But yeah like ive said i havent been watching the games because like i said i know how the season is going to end so i cant really say what its like now compared to earlier in the season or even last year.

Vikings fans are so weird. He wants the team nipping at his team’s heels to win so they could potentially get the division crown at the end of the season with two matchups against Detroit. Meanwhile, that sets up a catastrophic scenario for his team where Detroit wins both and Green Bay leaps over the Vikings in the playoff picture. That would be an extremely Minnesota thing to happen lol

What's weird about wanting to control your destiny when it comes to possibly winning the division?

1. Making the playoffs is more important than trying to win the division.
2. Minnesota teams are monumentally good at screwing things up.

But hey, if that's what you want, more power to you. I'll just be there to laugh if/when it blows up in your face.

I don't go through life trying to hedge my bet at every turn. I go through life trying to do the best that I can do.

Winning the division means a home playoff game. In the NFL, home games are a pretty big advantage. Not a guarantee of a result, but they can help.

The Vikings control their own fate currently, which is what every team wants. If they fail to win the division and in the process also get caught from behind? It's nobodies fault but our own. I'm OK with that.
