I think tonight may end up being the proverbial nail in the coffin.
Thread being updated as we speak.
EDIT: all done. desperately need an Ottawa and NYI loss tomorrow or we're in even bigger trouble than we already are (oh yea, we also need to.. start winning ourselves)
ill be at the game, first row, people giving up their seats already. Devils showed great heart last night, offensively at the end, so something did spark, but defensively, we have been horrible since my first post when even broduer wasn't hurt and saving our buts.
can you put a C on a suit on Stevens?
I can't wait to see the attendance for the Florida game. It's going to be a ghost town.
if u want some front row action, now is the time on stub hub
Just went through the remaining home games and front row tickets are still >$200 each. They are typically around there for the lower name opponents (Florida, Ottawa, etc.). Not really sure what you're talking about.
Fans will show up. We had some of the best attendance we ever had during our 2010 disaster season..
but this really isn't relevant to this thread.. like at all..
not sure where my friend got cheaper front row, maybe upgrades from ticketmaster?
doubt it. or maybe the leechers already picked them up trying to make profit. friend got in early. but in any event, get lower level cheap as you can get, bet you can jump seats like a jumping jack if you want, just get there early
Screw the playoffs, let's just sit in good seats?
Seriously, this isn't the place for this.. not the right thread.

It's a weekend afternoon game, it probably pre-sold out for the most part. If you want a ghost town, the 23rd will likely be the worst attendance this year.
Who would pay any amount of money to go see a loss?
Who would pay any amount of money to go see a loss?
Canadiens? no shot.
Team travels well and is a major draw, that game will be sold out in all likelihood. Honestly would not be surprised if the remaining games are nearly sold out already.
According to TM map, still plenty of seats for all remaining home games. I know some people are probably taking a wait-and-see approach before buying, and another loss or two and those will be a hard sell. Wouldn't surprise me to see a few more $75 club emails come along either.
The only good news is the Flyers and Sabres have pretty much fallen off the bubble. So now it's down to ten teams for eight spots, with us being the tenth on life support.
