McDavid has already dusted them, but I am curious how many Crosby and Ovechkin had after 588 games.

Well, I dunno about by period, but after 588 games here is how many 3+ point games they had (after lots of futzing around on NHL.com):

McDavid: 109
Crosby: 101
Ovechkin: 67

That’s actually not bad for Crosby considering the lower scoring era in his prime. Figured it would’ve been a larger gap for McDavid. The 3 point period thing is pretty impressive for McDavid though.

Also, while some might argue his concussions, he also didn't hit 588 games until Jan 10, 2015. HOWEVER, Jan1, 2011 when his conussion woes hit, he already had 66 (weird numeric coincidence there Mario!) in 411 games.

So...
preconcussion 1 in 6.227 games
post concussion 1 in 5.506 games

Miller and Petterson are having a small lull right now due the scheduling. Hughes has the current scoring streak and got an assist last night.
There's always someone around the corner who is chasing you. And the season is a marathon. And because of this, the best teams know to slow down before the playoffs if they know they are very, very likely to get in.
Moller not going to end up at the top of the scoring race at the end of the year.

I bet McDavid will be #1 within a month and Draisaitl will be #2 or #3 as well. I would say they have been "themselves" for maybe 10% of this season and they are like 2 behind EP40, who has been having a great career for his standards lol. 97/29 are about to blow past all of these guys shortly. I have not even been happy with Drai's game. he had something wrong with his wrist too. Whiffing on so many shots.

That's how good these guys can be. They have been meh most of this year and are going to blow by all of the Canucks up there and other players

Mark this one down as well.

Bouchard is going to pass Hughes as well.

I like how you use the excuse for the Oil guys, but clearly have no idea about Petey and just stat watching. You do realize he’s been injured and also has been playing way below his standards this year. As for Bouchard, he might end up with more minuses than Hughes pts but that’s about it.

Kuch doesn't care at all. He has his AR and Hart, he has his money, he has his cups. Anything else would be gravy. The only thing he would realistically care about at this stage of his career is adding to the ring count.
Lol. Nah he cares. He’s got a legacy to build in Russia.

Funny how that works.
