He played great last night. His one big flaw is that he gets pushed off the puck too easily. He's very quick and has a monster shot. Excellent motor.

I'd love to see one of the bottom feeders grab him and feed him minutes. There is something there. It just seems it won't happen for him in Toronto unfortunately.

Anaheim or SJ for a Liljegren-like return would probably be fair.

Roster crunch is coming when Jarnkrok returns and at this point he's likely to get offersheeted at a number the Leafs will neither match or receive compensation for. They should use him in a package to get a 3C, that's their biggest glaring hole

A warm body and a third seems like a fair return at this point, especially now that the leafs are looking to make space. Better to move him now than never: one point in 13 games ain’t cutting it this year.

he just got the player of the game belt last night.

He's not putting up points but he's not playing bad. No need to move him at this point, Jarnkrok isn't close to returning

The kid plays hard, has a great shot and has been pretty responsible defensively. It makes no sense trading him for a 3rd at this point in the season.

An offer sheet that costs a team zero compensation? It's a free young player with 20 goal upside. I think a team could offer him like 1x1.6 and Toronto won't be able to comfortably match that

I wouldn't be too upset if SJ attached a pick to a player like Kunin for Robertson.

Less. Third or a fourth if it’s pick value. Likely though it would be for a player who is struggling on another club. A change of scenery swap.

I think after how well it went for the Blues and how tight to the cap so many teams are we will see them more frequently. He just seems like someone who would be pretty easy to pluck, maybe not likely but I wouldn't be shocked

Toronto should look to trade him if they can’t afford to resign him rather than chance it. There are a few teams who’d probably take a flyer on him for his potential if the price were right.

Is there a stat that tracks how many times a player falls down during a game? Pretty sure he is up there with Bertucci.

I agree, but I think he's a complementary piece in any trade. They could use a 3C so maybe he helps get that done, I have zero doubt he can score 20+ goals in the NHL

I'm hanging up if it doesn't start with a 2nd tbh. He is our top 6 injury replacement when a winger gets hurt, he's also our best 3rd liner and I think the announcers last night said he's leading the league or team in penalties against (other teams penalized because of him).

I would consider moving him in a package for a 3C upgrade like Brock Nelson or Kyle Palmieri tho.
