After the fake or missed elbow to Parekh and tackled by Hache,
He received a game misconduct for being … enough to stick out his head to invite a punch to the face.

Brantford 6Niagara 3 Brantford scored four first period goals then added two insurance goals in period three. Roberouck Vannetten and Bryant scored for the Dogs . 3,340 watched the game at the Merdian Centre. Next game Saturday night at Flint.

Feelin it for you Ice Dogs faithful today.

About the only thing that could make it worse would be for the ice crew to drill a hole thru the refrigeration pipe under the net.

Wow, losing Humphrey is just another blemish of many on the ownership. Can't blame the kid. Nonetheless, can someone explain why this team is playing with as low as 14-15 skaters in games?

No one knows. Since the new owner has taken over, they don't release much information. The coach said some players are hurt and some are sick, but no specifics are given. They haven't even mentioned Ryan Humphry leaving the team. He was just removed from their roster on the website with no announcement. There has been speculation about players leaving the team and asking to be traded but no one knows for sure. That is how the IceDogs operate. It's always a mess.

I come in peace lol I have a few questions for IceDogs fans...

Weather permitting, I'm looking to come up for the Windsor/Niagara game in early January. I've already purchased a ticket (will be coming from Erie). I've done some digging and I'm curious about a few topics...

- Where is the best place to park? I believe street parking is free on Sundays, correct? If that's not an option, there's the Garden Park Garage and the Ontario Street Garage? I think there is also a public lot near the Rankin Bridge, the Race Street lot on the road of the arena, and one on Garden Park? I don't mind walking a bit if needed.

- What places would people recommend? I'm thinking more comfort/pub food or breakfast. I've seen Fiddlers, Kully's, and Merchant's Ale House. Ideally, I want to eat somewhere local that I can't get in Windsor; that's always been my thing. The idea on this trip is more of a quick bite to eat before going into the rink. I'll likely grab something from the concessions there during the game.

- The Rankin Bridge and the one to the south are the access points from St. Paul to the arena? I don't need the box office; ticket will be in hand. I just need a way into the rink.

- Is there anything else I should know about going to a game?

Any advice or assistance is appreciated. This is the last OHL rink I need to hit so I'm all ears. I did visit the Gatorade Garden City Complex back years ago but haven't been to the city (besides traveling through) since. Much thanks!

Hey, I always park at the parking garage. It’s five dollars but it’s a very easy walk to Meridian Center from there out of the garage you walk through a little alley cross the road turn left and you basically are right at Rankin bridge from there. You take the bridge through the side doors after 6 PM walk down the stairs to the main concourse and you’re in. I really hope that atmosphere improves he used to be great but with all this mess it’s pretty dead in there now for restaurants it’s not too far away. I would recommend the feathery pub it’s a must it’s probably about eight minutes from the parking garage which you will park at message me if you need any more help. .:)

Do you have a look around the arena all of the old pictures of good times championship teams etc. it’s the only thing that keeps me hoping there will be a bright light lol and stay away from the Hall of Fame end during intermission as they blow the horn randomly for no f***ing reason I find it funny, but when I’m sitting down, and I watch all of the shoulder shrugs it does make me chuckle
