Imo no its just a black version of their "podium" jerseys.
But then again the logo is on the shoulders so could be but it was already black?

I know that they are going back to Blasty as a logo for the reverse retro.

The Vegas one is gross. Purple is awful on a hockey jersey, always hated those LA ones and the Arizona ones look bad too. The Oilers one looks awesome, gorgeous colour scheme

Purple looks good to me on a jersey/uniform. Much better the what you see with boring black,white and grey. Purple is better then orange. With so many red and blue jerseys it would be nice if Kings went with a purple jersey as a regular to bring more variety of colors to the NHL. Even with wearing a purple jersey once or twice a season is better then not wearing at all.

Am I the only one missing exactly what he hell "reverse retro" is? Are they trying too hard here? I don't care much as I love new alternates just seems odd marketing.

I don't think so. The NBA does special jerseys like this a lot - the NHL is just trying to be creative.

They're just taking old jerseys and changing the colors. If anything, they're not trying enough.

As a Wings fan I’m hoping for something simple that doesn’t involve black, or grey...That new Stars neon green, and black looks atrocious...I’m hoping for something like below...

Based on the Teaser, this is going to be pretty close to what they launch.

Vegas' Reverse Retro has leaked physically, and they look friggin' amazing. So much better than the gold jersey.

I'm thinking at least one of those swords needs to be on the back of that #29 jersey.

And if those teaser colors are correct, Detroit's are going to be a little too close to Ohio State's for a lot of the people around here.

Hey, I got an idea- since that's the retro jersey, to do a reverse retro they should do a red version of that jersey!

Few week ago someone said those jerseys will be used in games against each other. So far it seems there will be more coloured ones than the white ones. Could that mean we will get some color vs color games? What do you think?

I've been wishing for that jersey for the past 25 or so years. I'm deathly afraid of the stripes being gray. It'd be crushing to get so close to the dream

My guess is Nov 16th now. They started teasing the Pacific division today so 3 more days of teasers for the other divisions and then the official reveal the day after on the 16th which would be mid November as expected.

I’m curious though it’s rumored the avs will have a nordiques reverse retro and the wild will have a north starts reverse retro but will it just be a recolored avs logo to match nordiques colors or a recolored wild logo to match north stars logo or vice verse.
