Ottawa cuts

Four players were assigned to Binghamton this morning, Chris Driedger, Max McCormick, Chad Nehring and Nick Paul. Three players, Mike Blunden, Michael Kostka and Buddy Robinson, will be placed on waivers for the purposes of reassignment to Binghamton.

Defenceman Matt Bartkowski was released from his professional tryout agreement with the club.

The Senators training camp roster is now composed of 25 players: two goaltenders, eight defencemen and 15 forwards.

Likely means that Thomas Chabot has made the team.
