If you can make him round out his puck handling abilities to be subpar, he will be an everyday third pairing guy just from his skating and willingness to play physical.

Not really excited to add a guy with 2.75 AAV contract who wasn't good enough to stay in Columbus' lineup. Maybe the scouts see something there, but the analytics and CBJ's view on him aren't very promising.
