I'll go with:
- Zucker out for a decent return. But another, similar player will go for more because their owner will retain salary and ours won't.
- Greenway extended. There will be some sticker shock at the price, but a year from now it will look fine because a bunch of other, similar players will also get more money than expected in the forthcoming "the salary cap is about to explode!" free agent frenzy.
- 1 hockey trade. I'll guess Quinn out in a change of scenery type deal for another forward. The trade will spark the forward group a bit. Which, on the one hand is great! But also, will leave me wondering why we didn't make this move (and others) 3 months ago when the season was still salvageable.
- NAK back to Washington for some AHL help.
- Jokiharju on an expiring deal at $3m while he's in and out of the lineup? I'll guess that Adams will be motivated to offload that salary. But I don't think there will be much of a market given that: (a) Joker doesn't really play a playoff style game; and (b) I don't think we'll retain to make him cheap. Given that, I'll guess a rebuilding team like the Sharks decides to test drive him for the rest of the season and gives us some AHL help in return.
