Welp, our WashCaps are solidly in first place. 6pts north of Carolina (NJ is 1 back — but FOUR more games played).
Staying in first is massive. We saw it last year for the Rags. Avoid the 2/3 matchup. It’s a big deal.
Good place to be, but a LOT of hockey to be played.

I'd have been interested in the summer but we already took our big reclamation swing with PLD and it's turned out great. All for a big name add for futures and I do like Miller as a player but I think it has to be a rental.

And Fox was a year away from graduating Harvard and being a UFA too. It’s not like they signed a contract and later changed their mind, and forced a trade by refusing to play.
So, two guys exercising the rights that their union collectively bargained for. Don’t agree with vilifying players for that (not saying you were)
