Tua and Anthony Richardson both ruled out.

Jaguars @ Colts - still don’t line their chances, but certainly possible.

Dolphins @ Jets - this is a 4:25 EST start and the high temp in NYC is 36 tomorrow. It almost seems fitting for Rodgers to give them the middle finger while playing well and dropping them a spot or two in draft standings. I bet the Jets win which paired with a Bears L flips them in the draft order.
You DON'T like the Jaguars chances to beat a team that is fighting with their ex-punter and getting pissy that he said he wishes they could all enter the transfer portal?! The Colts are going to lay the biggest egg just as one last petty tantrum for this season.

I mean both those teams suck so bad I won’t be surprised by just about any outcome from that game. I hadn’t heard about that tantrum, though.

40 year old Flacco vs Mac Jones in a game that means nothing. Yuck.

The Colts rarely beat the Jaguars when they have half a tank of care. Their tank is empty this week.

Sure would be nice to see the Bears jump even one spot in the draft. That might be the difference in having an option between an OL (Campbell/Banks) or Mykel Williams.

Hopefully at least one of Jacksonville, NYJ, or Panthers can manage a W.

Not gonna lie, I thought Henry was washed. Ton of mileage, huge dude, etc but man he’s been amazing.

I did want Barkley over Swift and thought he was no doubt worth the price difference.

I've watched Henry his whole career. The guy is a freak. To be that big and still be one of the fastest in the league is nuts. In Tenn, opposing defenses could focus on him because the Titans had no other offensive threat. So when he went to Balt, I was sure he'd produce.

This team is a complete embarrassment. Vrabel is one of the top candidates. His consulting gig with Cleveland officially expired 10 days ago. He’s already interviewed with the Jets.

Have the Bears interviewed him? Nope. What the hell are they waiting for? What an absolute clown show in Lake Forest.

Yep and that’s why it drives me nuts when people say ‘these guys play a game for a living’. No. There are 8B people on the planet and at any given time, there are maybe 5 people in the world who can do what a guy like Henry can do at the level they can do it at

These people are superhuman. Think about o lineman. The best are 6’5 325 pounds and have the footwork of a ballet dancer. It’s just incredible when you think about the ability of these guys. D ends and LBs that are 250 but can run as fast as top collegiate sprinters that weigh 100# less.

Respect.

I've seen a few things that make Vrabel seem like a bit of a longshot. Supposedly he has his sites set on the Patriots job, which would be obvious since he played there and they have a good young QB.

Also I read he wants a direct connection to ownership...and the Bears job is about as far from that as you can get. You have 2 steps between the coach and ownership here - GM and then Warren and then ownership.

But still they should interview him, and I suspect they will

My gut says the next coach will be one of these 3: Ben Johnson, Brian Flores or Pete Carroll.

I’m concerned about the Flores lawsuits and his handling of Tua. But if Carroll is an option, why haven’t they interviewed him yet? Firing a coach mid season gives you that luxury.

Absolute clown show organization

I share the same concerns about Flores, and also don't want a 74YO head coach. Even though I've always respected Carroll.

At this point, I'm not going to bash them for not rushing this. Go ahead and be slow and methodical with the process.

They need to get it right. Of course, they probably won't, lol. But the season isn't even over. Theyre not going to lose out on Vrabel or Carroll because they haven't interviewed them yet.

I think like most people, I want Ben Johnson here. It just feels like that's not the most likely outcome, for a couple of reasons. There's the Ryan Poles rumors, that Ben wants someone else as GM. And I wouldn't blame a hot candidate for not wanting to join an organization that has a potentially lame-duck GM.

Also Ben Johnson allegedly wants 6 x 15...do we really think the McCaskey's will pay near $100 mil for a first time coach? It's a bit hard to see that happening. These are the same owners that were squabbling with Arlington Heights/Cook County over a few million dollars a year in taxes.

Ball snapped over punters head and Bears had no penetration and punter gets a great punt off. Your Chicago Bears

Worst special teams in the league.

Our punter is good though so there’s that. But we have a noodle legged FG kicker that can’t attempt from 45+. Every other team in the league is on that ball or blocks that punt.
