If there's any team that can help Kuzy return to form it's Carolina.

How can you not cheer for that guy?
How many people have quit on a team like this? Comes in this year with a clean slate, still among the worst players in the league.
Between Kuzy and Orlov, I'm rooting for Carolina in the East pretty easy. It's not like they've ever been a real rival of the Capitals, despite being in the same division. They've rarely been good at the same time. Only ever one playoff series between the two teams. DeAngelo is the only dirtbag on the roster.
Riiiight...no drugs in Raleigh. Afterall, they are illegal there.Raleigh seems like a good place to stay sober for an nhl player.
This. The caps didn’t stop liking Kuzy, Kuzy stopped liking hockey and this the caps. For his sake I hope it doesn’t happen again, or he hangs them up and moves on to something else in life. If he becomes a boat anchor again, they won’t be doing birdy dances at center ice.Wow they have really welcomed him to the team , huh.
I remember when his Caps teammates loved him that much as well! Then....shit happened. And Kuzy cares became Kuzy doesn't care.
Let's hope he can stay motivated. I don't want the Canes to win a Cup but I am happy for him to have success playing there.
Well life is going to spin you challenges even when it is an areas well you feel you are unassailable (and/or take for granted). I really hope that anybody here is rooting for Kuzy failure. If it happens then that is on him as with anyone when it comes to accountability.This. The caps didn’t stop liking Kuzy, Kuzy stopped liking hockey and this the caps. Buffalo with a statement game vs NYI tonight.I think they will ultimately capture that #2 WC spot.
(Also Sabres remaining schedule relatively easy).
What in the world is going on with Detroit. 7 losses in a row, and lately those losses haven't even been close.
Penguins still have some fight in them.
K-Man is a good player. He played many years with my son in Ashburn and then for Little Caps. In fact, i actually convinced Tarik to have K-Man try out for WLC and he was unsure as he was an undersized skill player. It worked out well. He Moved to Team MD (AAA Youth hockey) his U16 year. Murray Gunty owns both TM and Black Bears so there was a path. That said, it Hasn’t been an easy run for him as is usually the case in Junior Hockey. He has persevered. Getting into Army ain’t no joke either. He has done very well! Needless to say they are all very excited.Sort of NHL related...? Kareem El-Bashir, Tarik's son, committed to play D1 hockey at West Point. (Yes this was announced in October, I just read about it, and with Search being iffy at the moment I didn't know if anyone else had already posted it.)
I don't know much about Junior hockey in the US, but he's been playing for the Maryland Black Bears in the NAHL. He's got 32 points in 52 games this season, turned 20 two weeks ago.

not good results for the caps playoffs or my gambling in the early games Wings win and Islanders force a OT in the last seconds
Thanks for adding a ton! I've occasionally checked out his EP page just out of curiosity (a family friend's son also plays, so I check them both out).K-Man is a good player.
