If we were #3, I frankly wouldn't be that much more thrilled than where we are because the Top 2 are clearly on another level and then you have the next group. It's crazy they vaulted up that far but it's like only getting to the goal line but not getting in the end zone.

No, that's not a sound business decision and they won't do it. The smart and least emotion-based decision for Blake is to draft with our 3 picks and restock our system and not flip out and make a poor business decision and become the laughing stock of the NHL.
