Take on a 1st to acquire Trouba, and then flip Murphy and Donato retained to Edmonton for a first and slot Trouba in Murphy's place. Not blocking any prospects of ours in the process.

I wouldn’t want him as the leader of our team, but I would be curious to see how he can play outside of Ottawa.

Regardless, wrong player and time for Hawks so I hope they don’t go down that road.

To be fair the Sens have been so mismanaged its understandable

And they love the player and how he plays. Its a lot like his dad who at same age was a good player on a meh team (Jets made playoffs twice and after move Yotes were just an easy out in playoffs)

Cant say Brady isn't good player and he is douchebag. People hate douchebags when they are on opposing team but love them when they are own douchebags

If you're a Sox fan look at how much we loved/love Pierzynski while everyone else in baseball including in Minny/SF hated him

I forgot Vaakanainen was a former Bruin 1st rounder who busted. At this point his regression in Anaheim this year probably will see him leave for Europe in offseason. Doesn't appear to have a future in NA

I like Shesterkin but lets be honest. His one elite season was years ago and he is about to turn 29. He isn't a Henrik Lundqvist

Drury one step forward (dumping Trouba full price and only taking back 1 year of bottom pairing salary) and then a step backward overpaying Shesterkin (Hellebuyck is the better goalie and signed a year ago for 8.5 per....even with cap inflation, shesterkin shouldn't be more than 10 per).
