Keith is getting carved up every time he pinches. Somebody needs to remind him he’s not in his early 30s anymore, he cant use his feet to cover if he gets beat being aggressive.

I've never seen a team as good as the Avs just completely take their foot off the gas as often as they do.

The 2010 Blackhawks took their foot off the gas plenty.

Thats what separated the 2013 team from the 2010 team. The 2010 team probably had more talent, but the the 2013 team leveraged their talent to the redline more consistently.

Really? I think he is great. Who would be your choice?
Ferraro's a yes man in every aspect of his commentary. Always agrees with ref calls no matter how bad. Always plays it safe ..., doesn't want to ruffle anyone's feathers. He's as bland as they come.

Hard to see how the Oilers beat what amounts to a better, deeper, more well-rounded version of themselves, but I guess you cant count out McDavid going Super Saiyan.
Yep... something like Leafs vs Lightning. Close but no cigar.

McDavid is going to score 40 points in a playoff campaign and 1) not even make it the SCF and 2) not win the Smythe.

He is such an unreal talent. This is what it must’ve been like to watch Lemieux

Who would you want?

Koskinen should finish out playoffs as Oilers #1

Smith is awful and last night it was Koskinen who gave his team chance (Smith gave up 6 goals, Koskinen just 1) and unfortunately the one he gave up was #7 of game so he takes the undeserved loss

The goals Smith gives up are some of the softest/worst seen in playoffs

That was a very entertaining game! But if they go up against say tampa I would pick Tampa based on the GK alone. Neither of these teams have much of an NHL goalie.

Problem is that when he gets trust to be number 1, he crumbles.
