If Blackhawks were anywhere close to being a playoff contender I would have been the first to say go after Evander on the cheap. He is certainly no angel but his ex-wife sounds a bit screwed up to me..... and whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty????

Innocent until proven guilty is a standard for the courts, not for personal opinion or corporate action.

Nobody is dragging Kane to jail without a trial, but people are entitled to feel icky about a guy with as many documented and alleged issues continuing to get chance after chance.

I woulda have been tempted to put my head through a wall if the Hawks signed Kane this year on top of everything else that went on with this org.
I'll never tell EDM fans not to root for their team, cause I know it's not that easy. And I woulda still wanted the Hawks to win.

But I won't hop on that bandwagon. I had to deal with my own team's morality issues. I'm not taking on another lol
