Do the first roster update before you start one and he isn't.Is it strange they still have Gaudreau on the bjs for franchise mode?
okay fair enough, i did not do that, just went right into it..Do the first roster update before you start one and he isn't.

Ok i'll text you.Let me know when the new rosters drop and the first patch hits. Not touching it until then.
Nice stats. I have to agree that the one timers are OP, but like hitting last year, it adds a fun element to the game, especially when it comes to defensemen. Being able to join an odd man rush and completely obliterate a 103mph puck is an improvement over the weak shots from the point we've had to deal with in recent years.
Pretty much one of my best starts in WoC since 23., but I usually play on Top 50 teams.
The only thing I can really say is I like the speed downgrade. It seems to prevent teams from just trying to zoom out the zone for breakaways, but it makes people just try to pile on builds that go the fastest. 94/95 speed seems to be the meta. Even as a D-man.
Lots of cons. The AI goalies are horrendous. Even worse than 24. One Tee is OP. Stats for games over 3 people seem to be broken (Not sure for PS, but they are for Xbox). Paid builds are on the OP side, but that's EA's way. The IceQ bullshit is overblown and not worth $60 for standard or $100 for special. Maybe the AI is better for their money maker mode called HUT that saps fund EA by buying packs, but WoC continues to get neglected. Also, I wish EA leaves clubs alone when it comes to having fornite-like avatars skating around the ice. Leave that shit for drops or threes or ones.
Outside of the speed decrease, which just could've been a tweak, it's the same game that they made worse with all the Day 1 bugs.

Saucer and area passes also work again this year.
I haven't noticed the paid builds. But I always thought that there was a big weakness I'm every rebuild, which is why most tend to move away from them.
This is the first year where I've made a build that jacked the shooting stats and it's resulting in more goals from the point.
Overall, it's a big upgrade on the past five releases of this game provided they figure out the matchmaking in Clubs.
Currently running a DD, but making him as small as possible. Speed 88 Acc 85. Heavy on defensive stats and I loaded slapshot power and acc. Gold Shutdown.Update tomorrow:
As you can see from my stats, I've completely given up on hitting this year. Everything is about the poke for me, and so far it's working well. I've still got stretch enough to move guys out in front waiting for tips, but I have to time it right.
I take it you're a D-man? What kind of build?

I'm still figuring out my game because the hits are nowhere near as effective as last season vs skill. You're right though. Pokes and lifts are far more effective, as is stick handling. I'm a pretty twitchy defender and the manual block is always effective for me.
Yeah, it's noticeably slow when you're hurt, but overall I feel my gaps are good in Club. Mind you if we were playing at a higher level, I'd probably need a similar build to yours. But the guys I usually run with generally just play for fun.Lol. Damn man. I'm a 94 speed 94 acc PMD. I can't even imagine going down to 88 / 85. It would feel like an absolute slog to me!

Very typical of EA. If you acknowledge this the morally superior "Community Managers" over there will string you along, play dumb, tell you that you're wrong, or simply reprimand you for being frustrated.Game crashes every time you edit a system generated player in franchise mode. Nice. It was all over the EA forum and Reddit. No response by EA. They had similar issues in the past where system generated players aged after you edit them. In the past this was never fixed…..

Maybe ask the Scammer Rammer. What has the developer to do with the price of the product?
So you believe the developers set the price for the product and not the management?Maybe ask the Scammer Rammer.
they should just go back to original controls because the more gimmicks they add to skill stick, the harder it is to grasp and more it doesnt sync well with the frostbite engine. the skill stick worked alot better with nhl 14 when the graphics engine was so much simpler and basic.I bought this in the EA phase and I can’t recommend it to anyone…even on sale. There’s just so many problems with the game like matchmaking, shooting, controller help (one time shots are not listed at all), and more.
The worst of them all is passing and playing in transition. When I pass I want it to go to the player closest to me, not the direction I’m facing, that’s just f***ing stupid.
In transition to my defensive zone I want to switch to the player that can stop the puck handler not the person behind them.
In single player modes, the opposing team NEVER gets penalized. What the f*** is that? The teams are not perfect and should be reflected in that.
Blocking shots - if I have Al Macinnis taking a slap shot to the point, the blocker should never get up quickly as he’s got one of the most lethal point shots in the game.
Shooting in the different controller modes (basic to advanced) is beyond messed up and broken.
I could go on and on with this.
This game was programmed by people who read a book on hockey, not people who were around pro hockey in any way at any level.
